Refund & Return Policy

At ShopPlantz, we strive to provide healthy, high-quality indoor plants and excellent customer service. Because plants are living products, each order is carefully packed and inspected before shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your plant arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the plant and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement plant
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns of healthy plants simply because of a change of mind, incorrect plant selection, or minor variations in size, shape, or color.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements may not be provided in the following cases:
- Failure to provide photos within 48 hours of delivery
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier issues beyond our control
- Damage caused by improper plant care after delivery
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the health of the plant
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
